An independent short film

Screened at: Anchorage International Film Festival and Nam June Paik Art Center in Seoul, South Korea.

This short video explores the masculine myths of the Sports Hero and the Wilderness Man. A determined and solitary hockey player, exercises with obsession and body-checks the improbable, with sad and comic results. Like Don Quixote on skates, he shoots at a goal that is never revealed, nor never truly attainable, in the harsh and remote landscape of Alaska.
